1. Final Sale

This product is sold as a final sale, and returns or refunds are generally not accepted. The reasons for this include:

We ship products internationally, and reverse shipping is typically prohibitively expensive.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used mouthguards cannot be resold or reused.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

Non-receipt of the product (the package was not delivered).

Receipt of an incorrect product that differs from what was originally ordered.

All claims must be submitted with supporting evidence and within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

3. Missing or Partial Delivery Claims

If a customer reports missing items or a partial delivery, clear photographic evidence is required to investigate the claim.

This includes photos of:

The outer shipping package

The shipping label

The items that were received

Claims submitted without packaging and label evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as the issue cannot be verified with the shipping carrier or fulfillment warehouse.

This requirement helps ensure accurate investigations and prevents fraud or abuse.

4. Replacement Orders

If a shipment is reported as missing or undelivered, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement shipment as a goodwill resolution after reviewing carrier tracking information, proof of delivery, and address confirmation.

Replacement shipments are provided as a one-time goodwill resolution to complete the original purchase.

Once a replacement order has been issued, the original order is considered fulfilled and resolved. Replacement shipments do not create refund eligibility and are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback.

By accepting a replacement shipment, the customer agrees that the replacement fulfills the original order and that no refund will be issued for either the original or replacement order.
